This notice explains how the PepMaxx website handles information: the help form, the secure booking handoff, aggregate site analytics, and links to external resources.

“Continue to secure booking” takes you to the clinic’s secure booking portal, where you sign in or create an account, verify your email, choose a time, and pay the one-time $125 initial consultation fee if you haven’t already paid it. The link tells the portal which website and service you came from, and the visit type if you chose one. It does not include your name, contact details, or health information. Details you enter in the portal are handled by the clinic’s booking system, not by this website.
The help form
The “Need help?” form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, and a message. When you send it, these details go to the clinic’s secure system so our team can follow up with you. Please don’t include medical details or other health information in your message. The form is not monitored for urgent needs.
Site analytics
To understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how often people start booking, this site sends first-party analytics to the clinic’s own system. It records the page address without its query string, the time, booking-button clicks, whether the help form was opened or sent (never what you typed), and on your first page of a visit the referring website’s domain and any campaign tags in the link. A random identifier is kept in your browser’s local storage. No cookies are set, sessions are not recorded or replayed, and no third-party analytics service is used. Nothing is sent when your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Your browser and external websites
Links to reference material and maps may take you to third-party websites, whose own privacy notices apply. Browser, device, and hosting behavior may also affect information handling.
Clinical relationship
PepMaxx is a specialty brand operated by Atlanta Medical Institute. Visiting this website does not establish a provider-patient relationship. Book appointments through the clinic’s secure booking portal, and use a verified clinic contact channel for privacy requests.
